Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups oat flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
2. Mash bananas until smooth and creamy.
3. Whisk bananas with eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
5. Mix until fully combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
8. Bake for 28–30 minutes until soft and set.
9. Allow cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
Do not overmix batter for soft texture.
Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking if desired.
Store covered to keep cake moist.
