Description
Soft biscuit dough stuffed with seasoned ground beef and gooey melted cheese, baked until golden brown.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef with seasonings until browned.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. Flatten biscuit dough into circles.
4. Fill with beef and cheese.
5. Seal tightly and place seam-side down.
6. Brush with butter and sprinkle parsley.
7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
Notes
Let beef cool slightly before stuffing.
Seal dough tightly to prevent leaks.
Serve warm for best texture.
