Description
Soft and healthy carrot cake bites made with almond flour. Moist, lightly spiced, and perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup grated carrots
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Mix wet ingredients.
2. Add grated carrots.
3. Combine dry ingredients.
4. Mix batter.
5. Bake 12โ15 minutes.
Notes
Use finely grated carrots.
Do not overbake.
Store in fridge.
