These caramel apple pie bombs are stuffed with sweet apple filling and gooey caramel, fried golden, and rolled in cinnamon sugar. An irresistible holiday dessert.
Ingredients
7.5 oz biscuit dough
21 oz apple pie filling
½ cup caramel sauce or soft caramels
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Mix cinnamon sugar.
2. Flatten biscuits.
3. Fill with apple pie filling and caramel.
4. Seal into balls.
5. Fry until golden.
6. Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve warm.
Notes
Seal dough tightly.
Serve warm.
Air fry or bake if preferred.
