Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Additional 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment.

2. Cream butter with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until fluffy.

3. Add vanilla extract and mix.

4. Fold in flour, salt, and pecans until dough forms.

5. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.

6. Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

7. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar, cool completely, and roll again.

Notes

Store in airtight container up to 1 week. Double roll in powdered sugar for a festive look.
