Description

This Butter Pecan Fudge is rich, buttery, and loaded with toasted pecans. A melt-in-your-mouth holiday candy perfect for gifting and celebrations.


Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup heavy cream

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups powdered sugar, sifted

1 cup toasted pecans, chopped


Instructions

1. Line pan with parchment paper.

2. Toast pecans until fragrant and set aside.

3. Melt butter, then add sugars, cream, and salt.

4. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer 5–6 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

6. Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.

7. Fold in pecans and pour into pan.

8. Let set before slicing.

Notes
