Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add gradually.
4. Stir in oats and pecans.
5. Chill dough 30 minutes (optional).
6. Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
7. Cool on rack before serving.
