Description

Healthy, fudgy breakfast brownies made without flour, eggs, or dairy. Naturally sweet, satisfying, and perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

Scale

3 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup nut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan.

2. Mash bananas.

3. Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

4. Add oats, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Spread into pan and bake 22–28 minutes.

7. Cool fully before slicing.

Notes

Add walnuts or coconut for extra texture.

These brownies freeze wonderfully for meal prep.
