Ingredients
2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
4 oz full-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup Biscoff creamy cookie butter
8 oz white chocolate
2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
Extra cookie crumbs for decorating
Instructions
1. Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix crumbs, cream cheese, and cookie butter until smooth.
3. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
4. Roll into small balls and chill again.
5. Melt white chocolate and mix with cookie butter.
6. Dip truffles into chocolate and decorate.
7. Chill until set.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Chill well before dipping.
