Description

A naturally sweet and moist oat cake made with ripe bananas, chopped dates, cocoa powder, and oat flour. Perfect for breakfast, healthy snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup chopped dates

1 1/2 cups oat flour

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 large eggs

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan.

2. Mash or blend the bananas with eggs and honey until smooth.

3. Mix in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined.

4. Fold in the chopped dates.

5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.

Add walnuts or dark chocolate chips for extra texture.

Store refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
