Description

Healthy Banana Cocoa Brownies made with ripe banana, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and oat flour for a rich, fudgy texture.


Ingredients

Scale

2 large eggs

1 ripe banana, mashed

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan.

2. Whisk together eggs, mashed banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla.

3. Mix in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

4. Fold in chocolate chips if using and spread batter into the prepared pan.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, cool completely, then slice and serve.

Notes

Use a very ripe banana for maximum sweetness.

Do not overbake for the fudgiest texture.

Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
