Moist banana cake topped with rich homemade caramel sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cream butter and sugars
4. Add eggs and banana
5. Combine and bake 35-40 minutes
6. Prepare caramel sauce
7. Drizzle over cake

Use ripe bananas
Do not overmix
