These fudgy Healthy Banana Brownies with Peanut Butter Drizzle & Dark Chocolate Chips are naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and the perfect guilt-free chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter (for drizzle)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
3. Add peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla; stir until creamy.
4. Mix in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and spread into the pan.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until set but fudgy.
7. Melt 2 tbsp peanut butter and drizzle over cooled brownies.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
Swap peanut butter with almond butter for variation.
