Ingredients

2 apples, diced

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

1/4 cup raisins (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

2. Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.

3. Mix in oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

4. Fold in the diced apples and optional pecans or raisins.

5. Spread into the baking dish.

6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
