Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups crispy puffed rice
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup.
3. Fold in puffed rice.
4. Press mixture firmly into pan.
5. Chill 20–30 minutes.
6. Melt chocolate and spread on top.
7. Sprinkle sea salt.
8. Chill until set, then slice.
Notes
Use natural nut butter for best texture.
Chill fully before slicing.
