Ingredients
2 eggs
100g sugar
80g melted butter
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g plain yogurt
180g all-purpose flour
12g baking powder
1 large apple, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch cake pan.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add melted butter, salt, vanilla, and yogurt; mix well.
4. Fold in flour and baking powder gently.
5. Add apple slices, pour into pan, and bake for 35–40 minutes.
6. Cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
