Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups apples
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup milk
Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cream butter and sugars
4. Add eggs and vanilla
5. Combine with dry ingredients
6. Fold in apples and pecans
7. Bake 40-45 minutes
8. Make caramel glaze
9. Pour glaze over cake
Notes
Use fresh apples
Toast pecans for flavor
Pour glaze while warm
