This 2-minute Apple Cinnamon Oat Mug Cake is the coziest fall treat. Made with cottage cheese, oats, and warm cinnamon spice, it’s protein-packed, quick, and perfect for dessert or breakfast.
Ingredients
120 g cottage cheese
1 small apple, grated or diced
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In your mug, whisk cottage cheese, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
2. Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3. Fold in grated apple.
4. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until fluffy and set.
5. Cool for 1 minute and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use a large mug to avoid overflow.
For extra indulgence, add walnuts, pecans, or a drizzle of caramel.
Can be baked in oven for 12–15 minutes at 350°F.
