Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 medium apple, grated
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Blend oats into oat flour texture
3. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, and apple
4. Mix all ingredients together
5. Pour batter into loaf pan
6. Bake 38-42 minutes
7. Cool completely before slicing
