Description
Moist almond flour lemon cake made with yogurt. Soft, fluffy, and full of fresh citrus flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup yogurt
3 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest
1 tsp baking powder
vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix wet ingredients.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Bake 30โ35 minutes.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice.
Do not overbake.
Cool before slicing.
