Ingredients
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix ricotta, milk, and sugar until smooth.
3. Add almond flour and all-purpose flour. Stir until combined.
4. Shape dough into rolls and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For an extra golden crust, brush the tops with milk before baking. Add orange zest or chocolate chips for flavor variations.
