This strawberry yogurt cake is flourless and has no added sugar, yet tastes like a creamy strawberry cheesecake. Soft, light, and naturally sweet with juicy strawberries.
Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Whisk yogurt, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in chopped strawberries.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use thick yogurt for best texture.
Pat strawberries dry to avoid excess moisture.
