Description

These 4-Ingredient Cocoa Energy Balls are naturally sweetened, no-bake, and about 100 calories each. Made with dates, cocoa powder, oats, and peanut butter.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup soft Medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup rolled oats


Instructions

1. If needed, soak dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes and drain.

2. Blend dates in a food processor until paste-like.

3. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, and oats and blend until combined.

4. Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon balls.

5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use soft fresh dates for best texture.

Add 1 teaspoon warm water if mixture is too dry.

Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
