Fudgy chocolate oat brownies made with only four ingredients. Rich, chocolatey, and incredibly simple to make.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Blend oats until they resemble oat flour.
3. Mix oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.
4. Stir until a thick batter forms.
5. Spread batter evenly into baking pan.
6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until set but still fudgy.
7. Cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for best flavor.
Add chocolate chips for extra richness.
Let brownies cool before slicing for clean edges.
