Description

These 4 ingredient brownies are ultra fudgy, flourless, and made with simple pantry staples.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs and mix well.

4. Stir in cocoa powder until glossy.

5. Spread batter in pan.

6. Bake 20–25 minutes.

7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake.

Brownies firm up as they cool.

Natural peanut butter works if well mixed.
