Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Mash bananas
3. Mix in oats, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla
4. Fill muffin cups evenly
5. Bake 18-20 minutes
6. Cool slightly before serving
