Ultra-creamy 3-Ingredient Miracle Yogurt Cake with a golden caramelized top and custard center.
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Whisk yogurt until smooth.
3. Add condensed milk and eggs and whisk until combined.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden on top with slight jiggle in center.
6. Cool completely, then refrigerate 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture.
Do not overbake.
Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
