Description
A simple healthy banana oat bread made with only three ingredients. Naturally sweet, moist, and perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Blend oats in a blender until they resemble flour.
3. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
4. Add eggs and blended oats to bananas and mix until batter forms.
5. Pour batter into loaf pan.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
Optional add-ins include cinnamon, chocolate chips, or nuts.
