Ingredients

3 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Mix peanut butter, egg, and milk in mug.
2. Add flour and baking powder.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Microwave 60–90 seconds.
5. Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
Do not overcook.
Use creamy peanut butter.
