These 2 ingredient peanut butter cookies are chewy, flourless, egg-free, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
4. Press with fork to create crisscross.
5. Bake 8–10 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Cookies firm as they cool.
Do not overbake.
Natural peanut butter works if well mixed.
