2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare tray.
2. Mash bananas until smooth.
3. Mix with oats to form dough.
4. Shape into scones.
5. Bake 15–20 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Add chocolate chips if desired.
Let cool before eating.
