Healthy 2-ingredient banana oat cookies made with ripe bananas and quick oats. Naturally sweet and flourless.

2 ripe bananas
1 cup quick oats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
2. Mash bananas until smooth.
3. Stir in oats until combined.
4. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten.
5. Bake 12–15 minutes until set.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for sweetness.
Do not overbake.
Store airtight up to 5 days.
