Ingredients
1 ½ cups (180 g) self-rising flour
2 cups (480 g) vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.
2. Whisk together eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
3. Fold in flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake 35–40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, fold in lemon zest, chocolate chips, or berries. Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.
