Vanilla almond cake that is flourless, sugar-free, and keto-friendly with a soft texture.
Ingredients
Scale
200g almond flour
4 eggs
100ml milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk eggs.
3. Add milk and vanilla.
4. Mix in almond flour and dry ingredients.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use fine almond flour.
Let cool fully before cutting.
Optional sweetener can be added.
Store in fridge.
