Description
Buttery Toffee Pecan Cookies packed with sweet toffee bits and toasted pecans. Soft, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup toffee bits
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
2. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
5. Mix in dry ingredients.
6. Fold in toffee bits and pecans.
7. Scoop onto baking sheet.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
9. Cool before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for chewy texture.
Toast pecans before adding.
Store in airtight container.
