Ingredients
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mash cooked sweet potatoes until smooth.
3. Mix sweet potatoes with cottage cheese, cheddar, milk, brown sugar, spices, and salt.
4. Spread into a greased baking dish.
5. Top with chopped pecans.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese for smoother texture.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
