1 cup zero-carb unsweetened Greek-style yogurt
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk eggs until light.
3. Mix in yogurt and baking powder.
4. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
5. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.
6. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use thick, sugar-free yogurt only.
