Description

Sugar-free cruffins that are flaky, buttery, and soft inside with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.


Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet puff pastry

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp erythritol

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp powdered erythritol

12 tbsp almond milk


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Roll dough.

3. Brush with butter.

4. Add sweetener and cinnamon.

5. Cut into strips.

6. Roll into spirals.

7. Place in muffin tin.

8. Bake 18–22 minutes.

9. Mix glaze.

10. Drizzle and serve.

Notes

Keep dough cold.

Do not overbake.

Serve warm.

Reheat for best texture.
