Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
2. Mix dough ingredients
3. Roll dough into rectangle
4. Add cinnamon filling
5. Roll and slice
6. Add crumble topping
7. Bake 18โ22 minutes
Notes
Roll dough between parchment paper
Do not overbake
Store in refrigerator
Reheat before serving
