2 apples (cored and peeled)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Blend apples into a smooth puree.
3. Whisk apple puree, cocoa powder, and eggs until smooth.
4. Pour into lined 8×8-inch pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
5. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Add vanilla or chocolate chips for variety.
