Ingredients

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.

2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.

3. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet.

6. Scoop dough and place on baking sheet.

7. Flatten with fork in crisscross pattern.
