Ingredients
2 large eggs
ยฝ cup honey
ยฝ cup milk
ยผ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8ร8-inch pan.
2. Whisk eggs and honey until smooth and slightly pale.
3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract and whisk well.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
6. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30โ35 minutes until golden.
7. Cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
