Description

Ingredients

Scale

240g cake wheat flour
20ml baking powder
¼ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
¼ cup cooking oil
1 large egg
½ cup milk


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.

  • Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  • Mix in oil until crumbly.

  • Whisk milk and egg, stir into dry mix.

  • Roll and cut into scones.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes
