Ingredients

ยผ cup maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
Instructions
1. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener until smooth.
2. Transfer to freezer-safe container.
3. Freeze 2โ4 hours.
4. Let thaw slightly before scooping.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for creamier texture.
Add 1โ2 tbsp milk if mixture is too thick.
