Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt

ยฝ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

ยผ cup maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener


Instructions

1. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener until smooth.

2. Transfer to freezer-safe container.

3. Freeze 2โ€“4 hours.

4. Let thaw slightly before scooping.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamier texture.
