Moist High Protein Greek Yogurt Double Chocolate Banana Bread layered with chocolate chips.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix bananas, yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Add cocoa, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Pour half batter into pan.
5. Add chocolate chips layer.
6. Top with remaining batter and chips.
7. Bake 45–55 minutes.
8. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Store refrigerated for freshness.
