Fudgy protein cottage cheese flourless brownies made with cocoa powder and honey. Easy, kid-approved, and wholesome.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan.
2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Whisk in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Fold in optional mix-ins.
5. Bake 22–26 minutes until just set.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese fully for best texture.
Do not overbake for fudgy brownies.
Brownies firm up as they cool.
