These Protein Cottage Cheese Flourless Brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with protein. A guilt-free chocolate treat that’s gluten-free and kid-approved!
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Mix blended cottage cheese with eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
4. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Pour into pan and top with walnuts.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese very smooth.
Do not overbake.
Chill before slicing for clean cuts.
