Description
Fudgy Protein Brookies combining brownie base and cookie dough topping made with cottage cheese and oat flour.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend brownie ingredients.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Mix cookie dough ingredients.
5. Drop dollops on top.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Store refrigerated for best texture.
