Description
Soft and wholesome Protein Banana Oat Breakfast Squares made with oats, bananas, eggs, and honey.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup honey
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Whisk in eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla.
4. Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Pour into baking dish.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Store refrigerated for freshness.
