Ingredients
Scale
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
1. Drain ricotta.
2. Mix ricotta, sugar and extracts.
3. Chill mixture 20 minutes.
4. Roll into balls.
5. Coat with pistachios.
6. Chill before serving.
Notes
Drain ricotta well.
Keep refrigerated.
Can freeze up to 1 month.
